When wishing to exchange or return a product, you must contact us first. The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product is intact and has not undergone any change. The customer bears the full shipping costs, and the product cost will be refunded to the customer within 14 business days. The customer has the right to exchange the product for another product before the shipment is sent. After the shipment is sent, the customer has the right to exchange within 14 business days and must bear the full shipping cost and the difference in product cost, if any. If the product is defective or does not conform to the specifications determined at the time of purchase, the customer has the right to exchange or return the product within 14 days. In this case, the customer must send proof of the shipping costs, detailing: the consignment number – the shipping – and the cost. The customer is then entitled to a full refund. Products included in discounts and offers are neither exchanged nor returned, with the exception of a defect in the product. The return or exchange of products is not accepted in the following cases: – Returns are not accepted after 14 days from the date of receipt, and exchanges are not accepted after 14 days. – When the product changes from its original condition for any reason. – Upon usage that exceeds the purpose of testing. – Products that were manufactured upon the customer’s request according to specifications determined by them.
